Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
